All brokers or fiduciaries that represent a borrower are encouraged to establish a fee agreement with their clients and present the agreement to MMG Capital prior to funding. Compensation for brokerage services are paid for by the client and as a result are controlled by the client. By establishing a fee agreement brokers can ensure that their compensation is protected. MMG Capital does not limit the amount of commission that a broker can make on any given transaction but strongly cautions against charging above-average fees for brokerage services.
