We know that every private money lender is different and it can be difficult to sort out the needs of each individual lender
when presenting a new loan scenario for review. That's why we've made submitting a loan scenario to MMG Capital one of the most simple processes in the industry. There are only a few documented items required to have us conduct a preliminary review of your loan package.

At a minimum, we require an Executive Summary of your loan transaction. With just an Executive Summary we can review your loan scenario to see whether it's suitable for an MMG Capital Loan. If so, we'll request to see any additional documentation that you have. Read below for a list of the information that we require in your Summary. For best results we suggest that you also include a Personal Financial Statement or a Balance Sheet.

Your Executive Summary

Your executive summary is the most important part of your loan file. It gives our loan committee a snapshot of all the pertinent information that they will need to render a decision on your scenario. A good executive summary will include most, if not all, of the following information:
  • Property Information
    • Address
    • Property Type
    • Current Debt Structure
    • Value Information
    • Additional Collateral Information
  • Borrower Information
    • Guarantors
    • Net Worth
    • Entity or Individual Borrower
  • Scenario Information
    • Use of Proceeds
    • Time Frames
    • Exit Strategy
Optionally, you can provide a Personal Financial Statement or Entity Balance Sheet. Doing so will give our loan officers the ability to not only assess the viability of your loan request but to also assess whether there may be any alternative loan structures available to your or your borrower that will be more favorable.
